Black Ops 2 is unplayable with these drivers. Everything goes pixelated.
Confirmed. Same problem here.
Going back to 13.2 beta 4 solves the problem. So it's definitely something they did in beta 5 that caused it.
seems like each new beta is worse than the previous beta.
maybe AMD is rushing this driver without proper QA, just because of crysis 3 open beta.
i said its because crysis 3 open beta, cause it seemed the driver improvement seems to focus on it.
13.2 IS a beta.... sparse QA is in the nature of a Beta.
Dead Space 3, problem and screen flicker when forcing AA through CCC. In game AA is working...
Else nice FPS..
Bad game like DS2, i hate 30fps cap with vsync. Console Mode : ON / ffs!
How did you guys uninstall Catalyst driver on Windows 8 btw? I mean using 3rd party program to do proper uninstallation such as driver sweeper.
BLOPS2 is still playable with b5, pixelation is minor on the gun and only occasionally
it shocks me how many people dont get what true beta testing is or that beta dosnt=fully tested and bug free....
but then again, I have been beta testing since the 90's so I know the true meaning of beta testing....where most of these kids today do not.
a beta test is pre-release testing, there will be bugs, there will be problems, thats why they release then im beta state, so people can report problems and they can try and fix as many as possible before official release.
Thanks for the heads up Captain Obvious.
No love for Mobility Radeon?
Just the monitor.
Permanently for me. And it's a lot worse than the posted picture on page 2. Then when you go onto maps with dust blowing around, the whole screens pixelated.
Uh, have you actually tried installing it?
Beta drivers usually can be installed for both desktop and Mobility cards.
It's working fine on my 5650m, aside from the usual problems post 11.11c.
At least it doesn't BSOD on every startup like 12.11 betas did.
your more then welcome captain oblivious.
Yep its working for me too . thx GOD they fix it (BSOD) finally
btw B3 perfect for BF3 :biggun:
Okay, I can't help myself. It's not your, but you're.
As this is my first post (longtime lurker), hopefully I won't get into too much hot water over this, but I just had to do it.
Anyway, I'm hoping they get the 7900 series optimized soon. Each time something comes out that sounds like something I would want I have to wipe my computer, reload the image, download the new updates, then make a new image, and install the new driver. With the image it's not too much trouble, but still I would just as soon as to not have to wipe my computer for a good six months.
That is ridiculous man, who you need to wipe your system before installing new driver?
This. I mean I wipe my system every month maybe, but never for a driver (there's plenty of tools and resources available to fully uninstall a driver)
