Ok others than us. Did you do a fresh install of windows or you just switched cards? Anyway I am about to do a fresh install of 8.1 but not until monday or even after, maybe that solves the problem.

 

Is happened when I installed the new card and I think reinstalling your windows wont get rid of the issue. I encounter this on my HD 7970 some time ago and it was a driver related issue. Back then I forced the clocks on minimum(300/150) on CCC overdrive and I save it as a profile but now with the new overdrive I don't think is possible. But again maybe is not a problem, maybe this is the way this new cards work.

 

Have you tried resetting your clocks with afterburner?

 

Do any of you litecoin mine? Is this driver better than the previous? I tried it and it didnt' seem like it was.

 

vsync with dx9 apps is still not working with my cfx setup since 13.11b series...

In single mode, it's okay.

During high disk usage (about 100+ MB/s to a SMB server), a window being drug in circles had random slowdowns.

I've only started experiencing this after I switched to my Acer S201HL DVI monitor (was using an old CRT before over VGA-to-DVI at 1024x768@85Hz).

Just reseting didn't work, however reseting and redo the overclocking with afterburner seemed to work, at least after applying it went to 300/150.

BF4 Flickering after update 12/16/13

Yes, after update mine is flickering like a bastard. To fix it I disabled Directx 11 in my user.cfg file. Went into CCC and tweaked the BF4 profile in 3d settings to use crossfire mode "Optimize 1x1" by pushing the "Add+" button and find the BF4.exe in the Origin Games/Battlefield4 folder (the same folder you drop the new user.cfg into).

By changing the top three entry to "0" it will then use Dx10. The game looks like hell now but the flickering stops, it was giving me a headache.

Is anybody having problems with either DmC 5 or CoJ Gunslinger (Crossfire) with this beta? I keep on getting graphical corruption in both of these games, however my setup runs other games perfectly in crossfire (XCom Enemy Within, Crysis 3, etc).

The corruption I get is several horizontal lines flickering constantly in both of these games. It's noticeable the second the game boots up in the intro/logo videos.

 

It might be that VSync is not working in those 2 games.

 

Thanks for the reply. Alas, after some testing, that doesn't seem to be the case. Even when I force VSync off via CCC or RadeonPro. And yes, I've tried running the games w/out RadeonPro API monitoring.

I guess I'll try and re-install an older WHQL or something. Maybe 13.9.

 

Just change crossfire profile to Far Cry 3. Solid 120 fps here on Ultra. With crossfire disabled I get around 50 fps and with BF4 profile it's a seizure inducing nightmare.

 

Hi. I have a slight issue. I am not sure if it's a driver-related problem. Anyway, I can play bf4 mp, ac4 for hours with zero problem. However, when I am just surfing (chrome) and each time I open GPUZ, my screen goes black and I am unable to go back to my desktop. Pressed numlock to check and seems unresponsive. :bang:

The only workaround is to press the reset button. Anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks GuruS.

How do you change the crossfire profile to far cry 3?
