So...someone can play BF3 in crossfire with this without problems? Or this are another fail ones by AMD team...?

While 2 users reported it worked on their 7970 CFX setup, it does not for the rest lol. Its yet another failure. Not by AMD entirely, since they will most likely fix that bug in the final/official preview version. But if not, I'm sure they'll get way more hate-emails than they usually do
I'm just regretting the hour I put into fresh installing drivers twice, so I''d advice you to not test it if you got a CfX rig. Isn't worth it.

@rgabriel15 If you would've read the first page carefully you'd come across my rant that "Skyrim still texture flickers all over the place" which means that they literally haven't changed anything in that game yet.

Well, i think i will wait for the 12.3 WHQL as they promised to fix this.
According to Catalyst Creator, it will be out around March 21.

 

I don't see a single thing on the first page that states "Skyrim has texture flickering bug on this specific driver"

I was able to install the drivers, but haven't tested any games yet. I'll report anything strange later

 

Wddm 1.2?

It says Windows 8 (obviously CP) but does it support WDDM 1.2? How would I find out? That's the only thing stopping me from grabbing this driver.

 

BF3 crashing with dual-graphic (6520G+6650M)

 

People seem to have no concept of what BETA means these days.

 

It's all of there drivers, not just beta driver that are problems.

 

Latest WHQL crossfire works just fine in every game I threw at it (Except Alan Wake, which AMD says will be fixed in official 12.3's), including BF3.

 

Ill give it a whirl!!!

 

wow..that was awesome..during install..seemed all awesome..and then it went to install the actual display driver...and it blinked out as normal..but then it never came back..and then BEWM! BSOD!!! had to reinstall the 11.10s yay! well..these beta's didnt like me.

 

Catalyst Install Manager isn't int the package again! Why?
Also Intel Media folder missing.

 

sorry, but i have no problem at all with every driver release, whql, leaked, alpha, rc... now i have 12.2 whql and bf3 works great like usual.

this driver, like 8.96 28 Feb has problem with crossfire and bf3, for single gpu and other games in crossfire, it works great.

 

Interesting this drivers actually work for me in BF3 with crossfire, while the 8.96 would constantly crash.
I just uninstalled the 8.96 from the add/remove programs and installed this one and it works in BF3 crossfire enabled.

 

Thank you. Downloaded these drivers in 15 seconds with Jumbofiles. I don't have all day to wait with depositfiles

 

So any word on how much Windows 8 support? Is it simple Installer support? Or is it full WDDM 1.2? With all Windows 8 feature support?
