In any case, AMD does also note this: Then that's on Dell, not AMD. If anything, you should also message them about it. Are you absolutely sure your messaging AMD directly? In any case though, most people just report issues about a specific driver on the driver reporting form that AMD has (somewhere), not send direct emails.
