Alternative to caffeine

    Hmm... I know where you're coming from, I think. I've worked 15 hour days, that used to be my work day. Now I still do work 15 hour days from time to time, but not every day.

    If that's what you're going through, all I can say is smash that coffee and get as much rest as you can. I aim for 6 hours of sleep minimum. When I set my alarm for the morning and see 7+ hours until it goes off, I feel like tomorrow is going to be a good day.

    Much more effective way of seeing the world as ne0 does - slow.

    You'll need a prescription, but I can wholeheartedly recommend it for an ∞:1 K/D ratio

    I drink one cup of coffee in the morning (black -no cream or sugar) then drink tea throughout the day (also without sugar or additives).

    No, but context was about long work and gaming hours. That thing may be an individual one, but one shot should be "invisible" after several hours. Problem could be to restrict from (immediate) repeating.

    Caffeine is a better antioxidant. (Coffee without caffeine is like non-alcohol beer,aka piss-wasser).

    "Caffeine, along with its catabolic products theobromine and xanthine, is a key component of tea and coffee. These compounds are structurally similar to uric acid, a known antioxidant which is present in blood at relatively high concentrations, but also shows prooxidant activity. In view of the structural similarity between uric acid and caffeine and its metabolites, we studied the antioxidant and prooxidant properties of these compounds.

    CONCLUSIONS:
    The alkaloid caffeine and its catabolic products theobromine and xanthine exhibit both antioxidant and prooxidant properties. The results lead to the observation that caffeine and its metabolites may also contribute to the overall antioxidant and chemopreventive properties of caffeine-bearing beverages, such as tea."

    I take Modafinil.

    One in the morning, one after lunch - I can get about three days work done by lunchtime, then it's headshot time with perfect accuracy.

    You'll need to go an see a psychotherapist to get rubber-stamped, but they don't cost much p/h. Worth it.

  16. cigarettes , chew, table-spoon of cod-liver oil, coconut oil, olive oil. Fish oil tablets, Omega-3s. If you take supplements find caps without calcium in them - your body is already getting enough. Nothing fixes bad sleep. GET IT.

    I am joking about the tobacco products, consequently I used to do blow too - a time gone by - nevertheless such things constrict your blood vessels and aren't ideal. Increased heart beat/constricted vessels / arteries = yeah frack.

    Although I still smoke sad to admit & it does keep me awake for whatever reason. Apparently nicotine can have either a depressive or enhancing affect on a person in regards to an "upper or a downer" - Genetics play a factor among other things.
