Does this sound like a good idea?

Build a computer inside of a central air intake vent or just have the exhaust hot air go to one.

Towers are great and all, but I own the house, I'm looking for options that hide the tower/noise. I own my house so I can renovate as I wish. I was interested in building it into a wall or in the space under a walled-in storage under a staircase. Guess I'll just go googling for ideas.

I think connecting it into your central air will cause some condensation issues.

That'll definitely have condensation issues. Why don't you look into getting or building a table like others have done here. Not sure what the point of hiding it away in a wall is going to do for you?
