the problem is that when I slide the sliders on the clock are invariably the GPU- 1380 MEM- 3505, the temperature is max. 40 degrees. when I turn on the system, I have to be automatically about 200 and after some time it returns again to its unchanging track, sometimes when it changes the slider it turns on the 3800mhz ram when the computer is turned on but not always and never changes at once. please help! I care the most about the RAM

I invariably do not find the context of this statement to be most potentially mechanical in its function, and read this as in the humor it may suggest.
