Lots of fun trying to get the right captures in the middle of these big fights.
CRUBINO: Thank you but I'm pretty sure you are not using the latest version of the mod because your dof pictures are using the pistol camera, in my latest version is only included in walking camera. Which means that is the default dof

Hey jim2point0, how do you achieve those shots? How do you freecam/FOV or change the time of day?
Did you make a bokeh only for aiming?, It seems you didn´t post it, would you share it?.

Anyways i'll do that tomorrow, in the meantime i'm trying to fix the headlight shadows and yes I added dof to most cameras.
Dof is stronger inside a building etc, I have to take more screenshot to upload the first page.
Also dof is stronger when aiming a weapon, etc.
I just using TheWorse old version (take a look in the first page of this thread), and it just happened (I've only set DOF to high inside my XML).
Something TheWorse called it as "pistol camera" ?

i see screens with dynamic shadow. I have not Dynamic Shadow when i use your mod.
its dynamic shadow only in the next update ?
His first post can be confusing.. Here is the link for the one you're talking about.
Go stand in front of a car at night. If you see your own shadow, then its working. Driving around at night will create some nice shadows.

Does your mod change the drawing distances of vehicles, trees, shadows, building, NPCs, stc?

I can only complain about Deep of Field strength. Maybe is too much exaggerated and needs to be toned down a bit at short distances. Just try to walk around by foot and turn around a few times, the game applies DoF at a few meters from players, I think is ideal for screenshots but not for gameplay.
I was using this SweetFX preset: http : / / sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/1723/ I love the way the game looks with it, specially because the sharper textures, and desaturated colors. But combined with your mod looks too dark, specially at night. Can you export and share your own sweetfx_settings.txt config? I also interested in SweetFX settings used by other members, your screenshots look superb
Hum on a side note, I was just looking around the ubi forum. I am amazed how much the officials at ubi don't want people using mods and stuff, by saying stupid things like there are viruses and such in the patch files.
So I tried the E3 bloom patch. While it adds nice bloom effect in the game, the shadow seems more blurry compared to vanilla version. Any idea why is it like this?
I've noticed the blur/DOF? seems extremely over the top needs a lot of tweaking and toned down loads
Something tells me that Ubisoft is gonna put an end to this!
There is a reason they did not want the game to looks like this in the first place!
When UPLAY applies the first patch for Watch Dogs i dont think we will be able to play the game with the modded files :0(
Same like bokeh dof in Dark Souls 2 with GeDoSaTo.
Ubis patch will also be patch.dat/patch.fat
I like this level of bokeh for aiming and for hacking with the phone, but for walking and driving around vanilla is more comfortable. I hope we could get a variation like that.
