Try to use compability mode to Vista or Vista SP1... works for me :wanker:

I think this forum doesn't encourage pirate using... but i think it's the same :3eyes:

    Great job :)

    I'm interested

Has anyone managed to find the beta Aiden model from E3 2012? He used to look quite a bit different and I much prefer that model over the really generic Aiden we have right now. I think that'd make a cool (optional) addition to the mod as long as we're restoring E3 elements.

Really looking forward to the new version :D

Well i just tried the stutter fix 2.0 and i think i can safely say...

Stuttering is not caused by the lack of VRAM, i get almost 100% VRAM (up to 3070MB!) usage with Maldo's fix and it stuttered once in a bloodbath i created in a middle of the city. Normally with updated Vanilla version it stuttered like hell with 90% VRAM usage while a relaxing drive through the city.

Stuttering could be fixed easily if they listened to us and gathered some data from their customers. Too bad Ubisoft doesn't do that.

TLDR: Maldo's patch uses even more VRAM than Vanilla game but almost completely fixes the stuttering.

Vanilla - 2900MB of VRAM used - stuttering hell
Maldo's fix - 3000MB+ of VRAM used - pretty much stutter free

    1080p
    Ultra preset

There's a mod that combines the patch with .7b and a custom setting that has really nice night lighting from buildings, streetlights and lots of other light sources. It makes the city seem more alive and vibrant. That's with DoF turned off in the game menu as is my preference. Maybe someone has already commented on the lighting quality of this mod in the link below.

It's in the upper left corner of this collection of WG mods and it's titled "Patch 1.03 + TW0.7b + My DoF"

Is there any way to incorporate an adjustment to the aspect ratio? From the In game menu there's 7 Options, of which in the XML game profile, you can specify as ,aspectratio="7" which returns a value for 21:9, but 7 is the limit and I need 48:10 for ultrawide displays like 5040X1050 resolutions. I cant use the contract maps menu because of this. I've seen so many posts, primarily to fix and enhance graphics, some posted regarding a stuttering fix, My apologies for highjacking I suppose but I noticed how some had intense XML parameters set that referenced other settings which are awesome, I can follow, but is there a way anyone can figure this out? If somehow they can find the aspectratio ID list , and add another? or is this engine purely coded into the engine?

    Thanks

Looks smooth. How did you do this? Care to share? I cannot play the game. The stuttering is far too pronounced.

Man I'm sorry so many of you guys are having such bad stuttering problems. I'm running trifire 7950s but play the game with a two 7950 crossfire and it is butter smooth except for the random quarter second hiccup.

    Running Vista, 7 or 8.1?
    Operating system x64 or x86?
    AMD or Nvidia graphics card?
Are you running any on screen overlays to show FPS? (Fraps, DXtory, MSI Afterburner)

I would rather 2012 instead of "uberultra" if you can ADD a preset to the IN-GAME graphics menu ,i would love it to be called "2012" ,it should be after ultra.

Hey man thanks for your reply.
    Windows 7 64 bit
    AMD 7950 crossfire
I tried turning off fraps with no luck.
I have Afterburner, but I DID NOT install OSD so Afterburner provides no screen overlay although I did try turning it off and it didn't help.

I copied the files from sweetfx to Watch Dogs bin directory and then copied in the x64 files. Installed Radeon Pro and pointed it towards the Watch Dogs bin sweetfx main files. The option to enable sweetfx under the tab was grayed out so I have no option to turn it on. Everytime I launch Watch Dogs it crashes before starting up.
I have it for steam, but it uses uplay to open.

    Thanks again for your help.

So I'm guessing from the OP, 0.7 doesn't work with the new 'performance' patch yet?

jep both Kadzait24 and Theworse are on the right track about the output now :)

though Kadzait24 shows more realistic results dont going the 4k direction for his result shots

here what Theworse shows is a little unrealistic especially for his own system he devs on, at least not everyone will reach these 4k results in realtime actually very few. :)

And holy crap even for supersampling there is ****loads of Aliasing visible just look @ this awful result there are a lot Aliasing problems :(

i really cant believe this is 4k supersampled

Most probably with Maldos Mod it would look even more bad :(

    Is there a uplay overlay?
    Try disabling it
Or steam overlay, disable that, it might help

Also if its grayed out, then try doing a google search for sweetfx with RadeonPro.
