Is that a file I will find in the x64 folder of sweetfx? And I did have fraps on is that the problem? I'm just confused why radeonpro wouldn't let me check the sweet fx box one I imported the game to radeon pro.

New to the forums. Got a quick question to ask. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong, I would like to use the Theworse patch + Ubisoft patch, (Yes I know someone already combined both) but I would like to edit the DOF. It's waaaaay too close when driving and shooting. I tried downloading the unpacking tools however the command prompt keeps going unresponsive when I drag+drop the patch file in. Any ideas?

    Refer to
    1. Put the latest rev. in Watch Dogs directory.
.fat files are connected to the .dat format
    2. So if you drag common.fat to Gibbed.Disrupt.Unpack.exe a Command Prompt window will pop up and it will go through the unpacking process
    3. A folder will show up under data_win64 folder called "common_unpack" (or patch_unpack, shaders_unpack) whichever .fat you chose to unpack.
(You could also make a .bat automated process for unpacking)

    • Open Notepad or Notepad++

      Then, paste this "Gibbed.Disrupt.Unpack.exe XXXXXX.fat
pause" XXXXX bieng whatever archive you want to unpack

Go to "Save As" and on drop down arrow choose all files for the format

Save the name as "Unpack.bat" without ""

If you want to edit .lib files

You have to drag the lib file to the Gibbed.Disrupt.ConvertBinaryObject.exe you obtained from ricks tools

6.Disrupt lastest version. For unpack/repack/coverting files in watchdogs to check lastest update(http://svn.gib.me/builds/disrupt/Index of builds. Also have other useful tools there.
Some people may need Microsoft XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0 (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=20914) to prevent crashing. Also restart computer helps.

You can unpack/repack all the files you need from folder : \data_win64\.(total size unpacked 20GB)

a.For unpacking files from folder \data_win64\. Drag and drop the files .dat and .fat on:Gibbed.Disrupt.Unpack in Disrupt folder(EG:Output file for patch.dat and patch.fat will be patch_unpack)

b.After you modify your files.Repacking files is done by, drag and drop see above(EG:patch_unpack ) on:Gibbed.Disrupt.Pack in Disrupt folder
(output file will be patch_unpack.dat and patch_unpack.fat)Rename these files to patch.dat and patch.fat.Replace modified files in \data_win64\ to test modified files in game.

c.For RML unpack/repack Drag and drop files on:Gibbed.Disrupt.ConvertXml in Disrupt folder

d.For obj/lib files unpack/repack Drag and drop files on:Gibbed.Disrupt.ConvertBinaryObject in Disrupt folder

Off course there are files that need extra tools to use ,but 99% people do not need the tools.

7.For modding textures for game(Convert XBT files To DDS files and Back to XBT Files works fine for watch dogs)
Tutorial(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4pvpbKo_o-0) and link to tool for convert (http://yadi.sk/d/x0VRro922TEaR)

Files you may want to modify after unpacked
    generated\databases\generic
    graphics\_textures
    \engine\settings

    Installation:

Place the patch.dat and patch.fat in your \data_win64\ folder.

0.7 + patch + vanilla DoF (meaning no DoF during gameplay)...exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much!

I hope it's okay when I send you a friend request, to later remember that you're among those who can actually disable the new DoF. ^^

Anyone figure out the eye adaptation thing for indoors? it gets overly dark for me. Outside is perfect though.

Do you mean you changed the Wind Simulation to be more aggressive like in the E3 Demo and is this a permanent effect change or will the wind intensity still change dynamically ?
