Ultra settings + TXAAx4 + SweetFX LumaSharpen + this mod = much closer to the graphics I expected from this game. Only issue I have is the glow from light sources is a bit strong. And the character models could do with an Ultra quality makeover.

Now I just better performance to match.

I had this same issue the other night. I must have gone through like 3-4 days. It finally rained today in my game after resting once.

It is strange and I have no idea why this happened. I wish we could control the weather in watch dogs.

You see - this is how to take user feedback! That 'other guy' could learn a lot from you :)

The thing is since kadzait24 "unlocked" these hidden files many users on here have had the ability to tweak the game to their liking. Its pretty cool to watch it all play out. Every day we get something new! :)

The current fog setting is so fantastic at giving the world a true sense of ambience that was sadly lacking in the vanilla outing and it helps out the fps for me too it seems. I hope you don't change it too much TheWorse bud as it's pretty much perfect as is. What kind of changes do you have in mind out of interest?

Just again to say you are pretty much giving everyone the game that we all thought we were investing in when we first bought Watch Dogs bit by bit here and it's truly appreciated every step of the way man. Keep it up.

@ carpetad Please resize those pictures they are bloody enormous.

Thanks you guys I apreciate all the feedback and your comments.

I don't "unlock" my files because there is "people", if you catch that, that could start to copy what I did, and I don't say this because I think I'm better. I say this every time, i'm not a modder I don't consider myself to be one.

Also the files that I'm using are encoded in binhex format so it's different.

About the settings i'm testing different fog presets, bloom presets, lighting presets, etc just so you guys can get the most about this modification.

Lian I'm pretty sure that will be fixed with the next release in a few hours.

    Ah I see, ok thanks.

I think 2048 shadow map size is more then enough, also so it will run faster :)

Yeah, don't go overboard on the shadow map size. It's this along with ultra textures that's the killer for performance with my own testing. I would rather compromise on shadow quality than textures any day. 2048 is fine imo.

How do I change the shadow draw distance? It is extremely low. I have asked before but got no reply on how.

Good job, could you make the first post more structured? Using dates etc. would be nice for the ones constantly following your progress.

This is top-notch work, again: Good job!

Sir, you are a hero in my book. Thanks so much for all the hard work.
I was so dissapointed by the way Ubisoft is handling the PC port of it´s games.
