After hours testing... Watch Dogs (E3 Bloom effect working)

Patch seemed to do very little or nothing for me, maybe just placebo effect even. UbiFail as usual

Also i tried opening the patch.dat with notepad and it just gives an error and stops working. The previous ones worked fine for me.

Don't worry my friend Check a few pages back and you'll se people merged the update and this mod!

 

I feel like if anything, this patch made the game run worse for me.

I'm using Vaas' tweaked settings. Both High and Ultra seem to run the same for me. Bitch more hitching in my framerate before though. Tempted to revert....

 

I'm guessing this only works on the UPlay version? Or will it also work fine with my Steam copy?

Ubi patched today....mods not working for me now

 

Google says you have exceeded your bandwidth, and refuses to allow anyone to download the file. Sorry, had to remove the link due to silly forum rules.

Has TheBoss updated his version of the Faster DOF, and car/aiming/cover camera yet?

VAAS's 0.7 + Patch + DoF mod completely irradiated 95% of stuttering!

 

Patch does almost nothing. Still huge wall textures popping in the middle of parking lots for no reason. Performance/stuttering is the same and for some worse.

 

hmmm...patch broke it. Ubisoft rocks! LOL not.

 

VAAS could you possibly apply your LOD tweaks not only to high settings but also to medium settings? I have to play with LOD on Low to get my game to not stutter "as much".

 

I now installed VAAS' patch+TW mix because the graphics are just too good to disregard, but sadly stutter has increased. has anyone tried VAAS mix with the antistutter 2.0 thing (sorry forgot the username)

 

Where is the dof mod you speak of?

 

Could someone merge the v0.7+BossDOF version of the mod with the Ubi patch please?

 

I just want e3 2012 explosions. Too many people love that DEPTH OF FIELLDDDZZ

Any chance there is a steam version lurking in the thread without someones personal settings? I looked back though and noticed Vaas one, but that's got his settings, and no offence to Vaas, but I'd like one that lets me put what I want in.

If not, would someone please point me in the right direction of the tools needed to merge worse 0.7 with the ubisoft patch?
