I don't think the game is made where you can separate DOF based on TOD (time of day) or weather, but I understand.

It's not possible to make different dof presets for different times of day. And you don't see that much in a cloudy day but because of fog, not depth of field.

Stuttering on my PC is not critical, only when I'm driving fast through Chicago streets. Actually, I play this game on Medium settings, with DoF and Motion Blur on. Textures are in medium Quality also. With my overclocked GT 430 I get 15~30 FPS with 0.7 mod and medium Graphics Quality. Stuttering occurs even on High-end/enthusiast PCs.
    Sorry for my bad english...

    As I thought, damn.
This is just outrageous that 2014 game hasn't smth like that, because it would be so awesome. I hope GTAV will have it.

So I think strong DOF is even worse set than subtle or default ones, because it's just unrealistic and it's look like all the time "cutscenes".

    Btw. thanks for answer.

I sent the files to MalDo so I'm waiting for his answer. Anamorphic lensflares is something that I need to keep experimenting with so maybe it will see the light in 0.9 version. Or if you guys want I can still put it in this version but will be buggy or not working properly.

And about the dof, its not unrealistic, it depends of where you look with the camera, it works different in real life but as i'm a photographer as well I love bokeh and I don't mind playing the game like that.

If this is you making new textures then please do not make a bunch of goofy stuff. Please replace low res textures in the game. Example: the dirt and rocks in some of the areas is low res. We need things like that pumped up to high res. I know you can do what ever you want but most of us would like a nice clean high res game. It would appeal to a lot more people. I know MalDo could make an Epic texture pack "he is the master" and I hope he is and that he is keeping it secret for now. If he isn't, then we need someone who can. Hopefully its you.

Can you check whether we can disable "these noob friendly flashing white highlights" from cars, lamps, bridges etc. when hacking is active for these things?

SweetFx users should be reading and using the sweetFX thread. Or maybe make a separate thread so those of us who don't use it don't have to sort through all of the posts.

The creator of SweetFX made his own thread and updates it. I am sure if you guys were to reply to him, it could help him and you out. Here is the thread, it just a thought so don't take it personal.

this might be OT though, but guys, do u still experience random drags in the game even with or without the Theworse's 0.7 mod? Or is it just bec of my old hardware is causing it?
