That's not a bug, that's texture aliasing and existed before I even started with the modification. Unless you are using MalDo texture fix, I don't really test it so I don't know too much about it.

Cheers for that, but it doesn't make any difference to me at all, it's just as bad, guess I cant play it then, until its patched from Ubi! But I won't hold my breath! Pretty disgusting really, with what I'm running it on, not like its crap, but it's just another sad entry from Ubisoft, who couldn't give a **** about PC gamers, just release half baked games every single time! Was it the Assassins Creed 4 tech guy who said they don't care about optimisation for PC, and just use a better graphics card?

This aliasing in the image is a direct cause from the texture mod.
Also, TheWorse, can you confirm if the Ubi patch is in 0.8v? The reason I ask is because my patch file is 1.6mb, whilst the Ubi patch is around 45mb!

    Thanks mate!

to fix the wind you need to replace the windy_city.game.xml in the worlds\windy_city\generatedfolder(i used one from MaLDO's org WD_PATCH_FIX_2)
to fix the phone death anim\hand in pocket, i added the "shader name" entries to the defaultrenderconfig.xml that were removed in the v0.8 mod

I'm not sure how many times I'm going to have to say this...

NO. WITH the Ubisoft patch, the file would be 45.3MB.

    Ubisoft patch (uncompressed): 43.8MB
    theWorse patch (uncompressed): 1.52MB

    TOGETHER (uncompressed): 45.3MB

Hi I before installing the mod did not have this problem in vanilla, but now. They say they have the solution already, where is, please?

The Ubisoft patch isn't just the patch.dat and .fat files. There are files in the bin folder updated too. My patch.dat without any mod installed, has 19,2MB and the Ubi-Patch has 67MB for me.

... The Ubisoft patch.dat/fat is ALL they are talking about. Files OUTSIDE the patch.dat/fat are not being changed by these modders. Therefore those are of no consequence to those who INSTALLED the Ubisoft update and still want to mod. Meaning they want the files Ubisoft used for the patch.dat/fat INCLUDED.

    Ubisoft patch.dat
    -COMPRESSED: 19.2MB
    -UNCOMPRESSED: 43.8MB

Is there anything else associated with that file besides the grass and trees though?
I replaced it with the Worse 0.7 file and the graphics look different to me... Not as crisp.

Not really appropriate to post videos of the other mod in this thread, or vice versa.

Don't use crossfire, don't use SLI. Game is not optimized for dual GPU's.
Not sure why your GPU is behaving that way on single card though.

Nobody is the "real" modder. Neither of them have rights over any of the stuff they release. Everything belongs to Ubisoft. The point of modding is to SHARE.

All this bickering about who stole what from who is pointless. You're on the internet. Everything on the internet becomes anyones whether the original owner likes it or not.
