Didn't AOPEN sell other things too? I specifically remember them from the mid to late 90's selling other stuff, before Nvidia had a strangle-hold on the market.
Back in the time when we ordered parts out of a catalog and not a website. Yes, that far back.
Beige plastic and green circuit boards and (majority of) games with no DRM, where you could just play them.

AOpen never went anywhere really, they just quit the most visible markets they were in. They've been doing mostly industrial and commercial stuff, but they've had several gaming monitors before these new ones, too.

Thanks bud, I knew CD-ROM drives were one of them, and possibly cases, and surely a bunch of other things, but it's been so long. Appreciate the answer.

I do remember seeing their stuff all over on almost every table at computer shows.
