    i installed the graphical one,
whn i drag this 'Folding@Home Display window' y does the molecule start moving fast??
also the corner pie-graph(the first pie-graph) seems to complete faster whn i drag an open window or any other application over this 'Folding@Home Display window'....

    is this normal??

If you run the text client you will get a 10-15% gain in PPD.

What I was getting to is why the hell are you running the graphical client when you can get more PPD from the text client and set it as a service!?
