    Hello Hilbert,

I've been reading up on the "how fast is the r520" threads in the Ati forums and especially the ATI R520 Benchmarks thread caught my interest. Part of the debate is about how the guys @ Hardwareanalysis prereleased numbers (fake or not) and that we should just wait until you or others had final release models and the NDA is lifted.

Now, I've been wondering if you can tell us on what date the NDA is lifted? Or is that also part of the NDA? Cos if you would say, don't worry I'll be able to tell you in two weeks, or something like that, I think that would take some pressure off the debate. I'm just curious!

Keep on doing this great site, I think you are doing an amazing job!
    Cheerioh!

FYI: I'm not under any NDA at all.
I will be under NDA starting from the 30th of September though.

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is a contact between two or more parties in which confidential info can be discussed, yet this info cannot be released to the general public. So if Hilbert is under NDA he is legally required to keep any info he has gained to himself and not to tell everyone.

If the ATI NDA follows suit with most other new hardware releases, it'll be lifted the day the new hardware is widely introduced. Looking at ATI's site (http://www.ati.com/), the counter on their homepage--that's widely believed to indicate the countdown to the release of their new cards--would indicate Wednesday, October 5th, 8am CST (US).

D=T/V is distance equals time over velocity. For the people who do not know that, it is basically to measure how fast something is going, probably an ad for them to say it goes really fast. Oo
