That new design is only for windows 7?
And how did you install that on windows 7 when there aren't any drivers for win7?

I was wondering the same thing? Of course you can force them to install with some editing, but I would not do that for stability reasons.

this works for any xp drivers on vista and win 7 as they still have backward compatibility to be able to use xp drivers

right click on your graphics card in device manager and click update driver software > BROWSE MY COMPUTER not search and then click let me pick from a list and then click on have disk and point it to where the driver inf is (in this case say XP 8.63 (9.7 RC3)\Driver\XP_INF\and double click on any of the infs)

to install ccc go to the ccc subfolder and run setup.exe

oh and that new control panel will be on vista too i think

odd, the direct3d version on your install is earlier than the 9.6 set (8.14.10.0671)

If that is the new layout for CCC under Vista/Win7 I like it.

Perhaps they redesigned the CCC system a bit (And hopefully improved it a bit more, can be somewhat slow at times for example.) for the 9.7 drivers?

Umm the leaked drivers are for XP not Vista or Win 7. Some idio** are saying that these drivers can be installed on Vista or Win 7 and have new CCC design. But XP drivers have completely different architecture and they can't be installed on Vista or Win 7.
