Okay, So I use the GTX 280 as my main card and I wanna use the 8800GTX as my PhysX card, Now In Windows XP it works just fine, But in Vista it does not.

I'm using PhysX 8.08.01, and Forceware 177.89, is there any way to make it work in Vista?

PS, I don't get the Select GPU for Geforce PhysX in the PhysX menu in Vista, But I get in XP.

Wow man 8800 gtx as Physx Card?
It will only be waste of power(electricity)

Hello there, I'm posting here since my situation is "similar" to him maybe (had to make a new account since I don't remember my old account details -.-):

I have only 1 card, an 8800 GTX which I updated with the latest drivers 177.89 and latest NVidia PhysX drivers 8.08.01 under Vista Ultimate x32 BUT the option to use the GeForce PhysX is still grayed out and I can't select it.
I always cleanup my system with Drivers Sweeper (that I got here from Guru3d) before installing new ones.

What could I do to make it work?

i think the same using my old 9600gt as a physx card, im considering in using a simple 8600gt as a physx card, i mean, that card does not need a power plug to work correctly...
