8.782 (Catalyst 10.10 Beta) x86/x84 Vista/Win7

Hello guys im new to the forums! I tried installing the drivers in Windows XP and it went back to 10.8 and i had 10.9 installed at that moment i dont understand why?

Looks like 10.10 beta is a winner with Bc2 :biggun:

 

It's an unofficial beta driver leak ... this one was initially only for 6800 series ( new upcoming ATI/AMD GPU's ).

But 10.10 is coming soon anyway ... with luck maybe an beta XP version will surface soon .

 

I have many bsods and video glitches on utube, BUT ... it's unofficial and my BC2 runs as butter

I don't know why everyone keep calling this one a leaked beta.
This driver was ripped from the HD6800 series retail box.
Those cards are already nicely packaged and should hit the stores any time now.

 

Well, that means that they are leaked.
The card hasn't been released yet.

Also, I HIGHLY doubt that this drivers comes with the new cards.
There is still one month to go for the release of cards.

 

Since I've installed these drivers I've had two "Display driver amdkmdap has stopped responding" errors which have totally froze my PC. The first time I ended up pushing the reset button on the case but the second time I waited and eventually Windows recovered to report the error. At the time it occurred I was merely watching an HD flash video on Eurogamer. I've never had this error before so I can only presume that either this driver isn't installed properly or that it isn't suited to the cards I'm using because they were for the HD 6800 series only.

 

Well, I had the infamous 'driver stopped responding...' error and decided to go back to 10.9. The same thing happened on them, so I'm not sure it's the 10.10 causing this. I will try 10.10 again with Dragon Age.

 

Try one week. The cards are already boxed and sealed.

 

Yeah but I dont care about the "barts" parts (rime), Im waiting for november for the high end parts.

 

Looks like this set allows for (better) AA in MOH 2010. Nice!

 

SP OR MP?? Good to know, im getting my copy on tuesday for MP. SP I already got.

Edit: Just want to say that this driver is really good with R.U.S.E, great performance in that game.

 

Thank you! The pink tinge was really really frustrating especially in a desert map on BC2.

These drivers are best yet for me, Trifire 3 screen eyefinity. I can finally play BC2 in DX11 mode without it CTD randomly. Performance hasn't changed for me I don't think. Can't complain.

 

10.10b with no CAP installed are working even better than the TwL's set on my single 4870. It's the first time I really see any IQ improvement (everything is a little crispier) and performance is comparable to the 10.9a set - which is very good. I've tested it on Dirt2, SC2 and CS:S and they are running smooth on highest settings. Nice to see a good set from ATI for a change

 

Hopefully 10.10whql is even better, bc its not yet perfect for all games/people.

 

In order to solve the problem, you can also change color temperature from 6600K to 6500K.

 

Strange, Xfire works from time to time? It has nothing to do with AI or AA settings, I havent changed any settings, still crysis and bc2 have xfire every other time or something? Really strange?

I have temporarily fixed my BC2 xfire/performance problem, And I wonder why I didnt do this before? Just changed the game to dx9 and all is great once more. ANd graphics dont look any "worse" with dx9, IQ is the same, atleast to my eyes?
