has anyone who has a 7900gt card gotten any games to run in vista with the current 97.46 drivers? or with any drivers for that matter? i read on the nzone forum that everyone who has a 7900gt cant play games b/c it has serious issues, well i think there right b/c i cant even encode movies with out my screen spazing out, so any help would be great
I am able to play Oblivion, farcry and Fear on Vista with my 7900GT with no problems with 97.46 and they play quite well to
this is amazing......i used the 100.54 drivers and i now can play bf2142 with a very good frame rate, but now i lost use of media player b/c of that screen problem, and i still cant use my dvd to zune converter.... i do hope they get those officialy signed drivers out tomarrow to fix this
Maybe they just meant those whose 7900GT's already have issues in XP, there are probably still quite a few faulty ones out there.
Hi guys What is your experience with the fan running t all times ? I have a 7900 GS and with XP the fan was quiet when there was little action, but after upgrade to Ultimate the fan runs all the time at comparedely high speed You experience the same ? I have 100.54 installed and have manually slowed down the fan. regards Manfredo
i did get one of the faulty cards from evga, but i returned it and got a new one and i havent had problems sence, except for now sence i'm in vista
