Yup, I will throw together a "how to" and post it back up here later this evening. Was really easy.

Ok, here's where I got the stuff's stateside.

    3m Polyurethane: (sourced locally) https://www.3m.com/3M/en_US/company...nt-550-Fast-Cure/?N=5002385+3293223616&rt=rud

    U channel Trim: (6ft) https://mnpctech.com/case-mods-gami...for-computer-case-windows-and-mods-clone.html

    Tempered Glass: (14 1/2" x 16 1/4") https://www.onedayglass.com/

On the factory side window you will see clips like this: [IMG]

Remove all said clips with something like this: [IMG]

After which, i sanded/filed off any sharp edges, installed U channel referenced above, double checked glass fitment, and finially glued glass to panel.

Poly has quick setup time, but you should have enough time to do final adj as necessary prior to it setting up.

I glued the 4 corners in with a regular caulking gun, let it setup a bit, then ran a small bead around the rest of the perimeter of the glass.

The measurement I used allowed for about a 1/8 overlap of the glass past the rubber channel, and more on the corners since its rectangular glass in a funky looking cutout.

    Hope this helps.
