I noticed in the latest MSI afterburner beta, I am getting voltage spikes even though I am using stock settings/voltages. is this normal? defective card? buggy drivers?

I tried installing the latest official, and i still get spikes. On this particular crysis 3 run below, i got some really low dips down to .3v.

Yeah i guess. If I can find a Dmm i'll try checking. Sofar, i havent had any signs of instability in gaming or benchmarks, no artifacts or crashing.
