I was wondering how the tim on the stock cooler is on the 5870. I was thinking about going ahead and removing the stock cooler and replacing the thermal paste with MX-2 or ceramique.
It's pretty good. Unless you're getting some abnormally high temps for the card, there wouldn't be any real benefit to replacing it.
