(Kudos to @endbase for kindly sharing his storage)

    What is a Clean Driver?
    A clean version of the Latest x64 drivers for Win 10, 8.1, 8, 7

Everything removed out of the driver package except for:
    • Core Driver files
    • PhysX
    • HD Audio
    • Key RTX features (present only in Clean Driver RTX packages)

    Driver Installation
    Unzip, run setup.exe

Attention: It is highly recommended to use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) prior to new clean driver installation.
Please Note: The Latest DDU versions require you to Disable your internet connection prior to its usage, once a driver is installed re-enable it.[/code]

Why am I getting 432.00 as installed driver after finishing install? I had the same problem with the previous driver. Think I had to install 4 times before it finally worked.

Which download link did you use? I'll double-check it.

I can confirm that that link contains the right file. I think Windows is automatically updating your driver.
Either you install the drivers when your PC is offline, or use DDU to prevent Windows from updating your drivers.

You are not following the install procedure.

Windows is automatically installing the default driver for you.
Disconnect from the internet and only then use DDU to uninstall the driver. Restart and install the latest clean version.

I've never had to disconnect from the internet before. Is this a recent change?

I'll make a mental to note to check the DDU option. It really ought to be on by default though.

And I can't say I like Windows doing crap behind my back. I should be able to approve this stuff before it happens.
