    still below intel's max defined specification for SB they specification upto 1.52v

    yeah i would imagine so, think it's spec'd for short runs not 24/7 usage :)

    sandy bridge E is based on sandy bridge architecture. everything is linked to the bus, you arent gonna be able to clock the bus up much without everything else becoming unstable.
