Title says it all, what will be better? Or recommend me ATI card that is indentical to the GTX285 cause i wanna go crossfire.
the 4870 is more like gtx 260 performance so two 4870 in crossfire are better than a gtx 285 if it scales well. But why would you want to go dual gpu with something like the 285 or equivalent ? when you can get a gpu like the gtx 560 ti or 6950 for example and don't have to worry about crossfire problems?
I don't have the money for that so im trying to crossfire cheap cards to get better performance. Im about to trade this card for 4890 1gb vapor-x toxic.
2 x 4890 in x-fire will be pretty good compared to a single 285. Guess you can find a 2nd 4890 for around 60-80$.
