4850x2 with ageia ppu or 8800gts 320mb?

as stated in my title. I have a 4850x2 2gb and a ageia ppu pcie x1 version. I also have a 8800gts 320mb. What would work better for physx, the 8800gts or the ageia ppu? I plan on going Win 7 when its released so I should have the options of either card.

and a 9600gt is faster then a 8800gts 320mb ?

Im better off with the ppu correct?

 

The PPU also as vista and support Nvidia and ATI cards at the same time.

 

yeah i guess im just gonna stick with it and wait on windows 7
