Thanks for pointing it out again, please let me know if all works.

 

in the last few hours, nvidia have fixed the file names.

 

Current cleaned hotfix for Win 10 x64, is correct in any case.

 

Will there be a clean version of the 416.81 driver?

Will test some games later, however, so far noticed a severe Gsync stutter in Spotify (stutter+mouse lag within boundaries of Spotify window). Haven't had that with .34 or hotfix.

 

should gsync even be enabled on spotify? also is this an exe app or a UWP app?

 

.exe version. I'm using Gsync for Fullscreen and Windowed.

This stutter is an old problem, that was never really properly fixed. But previous hotfix driver (or multiple drivers) I haven't experienced it.
Other than that, haven't noticed anything so far.

 

hmm, ok it looks like it uses the same platform as discord and such which is supposed to have Gsync disabled (Electron framework?)


Correction: it uses the Chromium Embedded Framework, Gsync should definitely be set to Force Off in a profile for it!

 

Done that, however previously there was no need for such a let's call it "tweak". Oddly enough that's the only thing that "lags", all else works fine as previously.

 

Gsync windowed also wasn't previously working right

Ansel is not included as it's part of Geforce Experience. Refer to the first post, there is a guide on how to use Clean installation + GFE.
