Hi Guys. At first, thanks for drivers. I have question. What diffirence is 21.Q3.2 and 21.10.2 ? I know 21.10.2 is latest, but what does mean 21.Q3.2 ? Is beta? Or something?

And what diffirence between Adrenalin v4.0 (21.10.2), Adrenalin v4.0 (21.Q3.2) and 10.21.30017?

 

Hello guys I come here because a read about this mod and also because having trouble with the official drivers for example, i cant overclock my GPU (Asus ROG STRIX RX 480 8GB GAMING) with the latest drivers I remember I can successfully overclock it with the past drivers 21.4.2 or something like that don't remember exactly but was possible them i stop doing that and try to do it recently and noticed this message:

I tested too with the modded drivers and same problem... someone knows anything about this?

 

I haven't used it for a long time, since i used third party overclocking like MSI/Trixx/ASUS GPU Boost, so i forgot to test it on my rx 580

 

Wanted to let everyone know that XEMU (the OpenGL based original Xbox emulator) works slightly better with NimeZ drivers than with normal drivers.

Doing 3x rez scale on Halo CE on 5700 XT / R5 3600 and it's a mostly 30 fps locked experience. I can't tell yet if it's emulator or OpenGL on AMD on Windows driver shenanigans, but enabling 16xAF hits performance quite hard in XEMU.

 

Hello, I tried installing the latest Polaris UWP Release on Windows 11 Pro (22000.282 and also on the Dev 22478), I gone as instructed and removed the old driver with DDU, then after Reboot I tried installing it, all went well until it came to the driver installation itself, it stops near 50% with Error 1603 on both systems, what am I doing wrong? I'm using a AMD Radeon RX480.

 

I just updated my drivers from nimez 21.5.2 to nimez 21.10.2 V3 and im having issues now with no audio coming from my laptop. Any ideas on how to fix it? Im using a 4500u.

 

I fixed it by reinstalling my audio drivers from hp, i tested 21.10.1 as well and that gave the same issues. When i use ddu&amds cleanup utility, and then go to install the drivers in safe mode i can here audio from the installer but as soon as i install the drivers it stops. Also i noticed installing the radeon gui doesnt actually work if done in safe mode, unlike 21.5.2. Hopefully some of this info helps.

 

This maybe caused by windows update reverting driver during installation. Usually option 6 disable wu driver fixes that.

An amd pci bus driver usually caused this problem, but my hp 15 r5 5500u and hp 14 r3 3250u using latest 21.10.2 not having any problem during installation, worked fine. Recently new amd provided radeon installer added strict driver checker so i had to modify & check the setup manifest

 

Something i forgot to mention was, i replaced the 21.10.2 audio packages with the ones from the previous driver (21.10.1) , because when using hp's audio driver over the 21.10.2 ones i still couldnt get it to work. So something about the newer ones gives me more issues, idk if thats because its based of the pro drivers or that its just a newer one. Though it was worth mentioning, keep up the good work.

 

Sorry for late reply. What I don't understand is after upgrading to 21.10.1 then downgrading it back to 21.9.1 v3, it somehow is still in 535.. In addition, when I try to find the name in inf file from _AMD_KernelDriver folder, I can't find it. I'm gonna check the latest one first.
Anyway, if there is no problem then it's okay..

 

New CGN 2x Driver 21.10.2 on R9-390+ with SAM/RBAR activated, runs error free, again real nice job THX!

Hey guys finally i solve the problem of the auto tuning basically I installed and tested all driver versions from 21.3.1 to 21.10.2 and apparently the problem of the overclock was only with the non-recommend drivers (aka the Optional) so this time I decide test the NimeZ Mod against the Official AMD using Heaven Benchmark 4.0 and its true there is a slightly improvement check the results guys:

Official AMD v21.8.2 = Direct3D11 (1444) / Direct3D9 (2213) / OpenGL (1269)

Nimez Mod v21.8.2 = Direct3D11 (1460) / Direct3D9 (2258) / OpenGL (1272)

mylipho15, what is the possibility to activate the directx raytracing support that exists on radeon 6000 series and activated on Vega and Navi models? Can you do this kind of magic?

I installed Windows 11 and I'm running Driver 21.10.2 on my Xeon E5-2630 V2 (16GB RAM) with a 2GB XFX RX 360. So far I've tested Days Gone and Wolfenstein: The New Order. I will test it on more games, but it seems to me that the performance is better on Windows 11. Could anyone else talk about the performance of modified drivers in Windows 11? I also use modified Realtek audio drivers. (https://github.com/AlanFinotty/AAFDCHDriverMod/releases)

 

currently working Relive feature based Ryzen APU Mobile/Desktop.

There's no special tweaks, just regular tweaks & ports like other nimez windows 10 version drivers.

 

Any advantages to using these modded audio drivers?

 

AFAIK, i have used realtek mod since last build W10 1607, Yes they worth. On my old laptop x550dp can use multiple feature on Realtek devices Like Dolby, SRS, DTS, and Creative THX

 

Mylipho i wanted to ask if you are gonna add support adrenalin software for legacy terascale gpus my gpu is amd hd 7310 and installed the V3-LegacySE-TerascaleDx11-WHQL-SpotFix-NimeZ-Adrenalin-21.10.1-LTS-RSA-Rev2.0 but there was only amd catalyst but there is like no options only some start now 3d graphics settings and cpu power and other monitor but on adrenalin software there is performance,overclockmonitor/custom resolution,amd boost, overclock gpu and lot of usefull things if you are gonna add support for adrenalin software you are gonna be the BEST BEST BEST thank you for reading my post i wish there is a chance to add support on adrenalin software
