Anyone has an idea how can I make 720p native resolution using 3DTV to play 3D game with DSR enabled to make it higher resolution ?

It seems so possible, and why wouldn't it, but I can't find the guide what needs to be done.

The current issue is the native resolution Nvidia CP shows as 1080p and the DSR upscaling this resolution, so using 720p will always gives you 720p cause you can't use the higher resolutions DSR gives.

my 3dtv has only 1080i and 1080p so try making a custom resolution of 720p and see if that works

my TV isnt connected right now so cant test but will after work

DSR only works with the reported native display resolution by the EDID. I'm sure they could change this somehow..eventually.

Usually within the EDID of your display, preferred timing mode #1 is what DSR is going to detect as your native resolution.

You can use the Custom Resolution Utility (CRU) by ToastyX to change the reported native resolution by the EDID.

But what should I make of it ? Don't forget I need to still have 3D enabled TV capability, last time I tried it I couldn't use 3D at all whatsoever.

I want to have 1080p so I can watch 3D bluray and still play native 1920x1080 games if I need to use Tridef or even desktop.

I just didn't understand how to make use all 3 in a steps.

I don't even see the 720p60 1280x720p60hz there, I can't be sure how it works if there are not all the resolution I actually want.

How will I be able to make the custom resolution. it seems that I can add 2 more resolution correct ? so if adding 1280x720p60hz will enable me to use this resolution with 3D capability ? and I could easily switch between native resolution 720 and the real 1080 if I need to ? it's too complicated cause nothing is upfront, and every change you need to restart computer, and sometimes you need to use the scaling or something. there are just too much to it. I just can't go solo on it.
