Yes m8 a lot more all ready gone faster in 05, 06 have not really concentrated on that yet as I am working on 05 and trying to find the right balance, I have not peaked out the card yet the amazing thing is this is at driver default no tweeks no software out yet like ati tray tools all I have is ati tool for over clocking and voltage (thanx to Lane) that’s it !! Ati have a winner

same here psu is strest big time know what your saying m8, btw 1.5v = 816mhz so far dont want to push the memory volts yet very dangerous cant just just wing it

All I need to do is convince my wife I need another PC then I can think about how I'm going to get my stuff into a little case for her. Lea (wifey) wants a little PC she can carry but she wants it to be powerful and play games (even though she doesn't play em much). Oh man I have enough trouble convincing her to let me buy a couple water blocks and a new monitor. "You just got that computer and now you want another one?" Yeah like two years ago! :nerd:

Wonder how I could fit a radiator into a little box? Hmmm. I might have to buy a 7800GT for her. That means new setup for her too, darn she's difficult.

Well i'm benching 3dmark06 on my ASUS EN7800GTX's in SLI and at 490/1320 i'm getting 7675 just the video card over clocked and no driver or cpu oc/tweaks. so aa/af on and image on quality.

Sound about right for the setup? 3dmark05 i was just under 12000 with no oc

 

Thats ABOUT right. I would've expected over 12k.

 

Well i have to ease off the video it's doing weird things lol at 490/1350 but i have my Athlon 64 4400+ X2 at 8.5x300 running at 2550MHz That just seems insane, I'm going to burn that in tonight with Sandra I've gone thru 3DMark06 about half a dozen times and not a single lock up and thats with the Toledo core.

 

Where did u see that? I havnt heard of any confirmation on release dates yet.

Well, i have to say i havnt seen any official confirmation on it. I know the guru news section hasnt reported that, and ive looked at some of the other big sites, and cant see anything. I think its mostly just rumours. Until i hear it from Nvidias mouth, i dont think i'd consider it as confirmed. Looking fwd to these cards though, should b something special.

This price seems for be higher at release by some source. ( final price not confirmed)

Many source have seems have confirm the release in March but if it's true... the Asia will be served first... i have some doubt if they have put the date at the 7-9March.. USA will see the GPU around the middle or end of march.. for the most part of Europe deliveroes i can imagine begin of April for precommanded card in limited avilabilty.. in my country: end of May Lol, with luck...

For some source i have find just now.. it's just they will present and begin delivery during Cebit ( not bad marketing idea..)

Will say i take all of this with the maximum of doubt.. like it's not the first time release date is reported.. bahh they come soon all i can say.. during march..

 

Doesn't it just sound so good (well it does next to my 6800GT 350/450 speeds) 700 core Hot dang and 800 mem.To tell you the truth I've been thinking about this card since I read rumored speeds a few days ago. "Wifey can I spend lots of money on a video card. It doesn't fit in my computer but I just want to bask in it's radiance."

Only 500, YEAH!!! I only need to pay 50 to get the 7900GTX, thats if Evga sell it at that price.
