This is for my crappy HTPC
i5 4670k @ stock
ASUS H97i Plus Mini ITX Mobo
Corsair H100i AIO CPU Cooler
MSI GTX 770 Lightning @ 1267mhz stock boost
8GB Crucial DDR3
120GB Kingston SSD
2TB, 2 x 1TB HDD
Corsair HX650 watt PSU
Corsair Obsidian 250D Case
i5 4690k @ 4.5Ghz 1.275v
MSI GTX 770 Lightning 1359Mhz
I decided to do a single GTX 980 test too lol
3930K 4.7Ghz 1.39v
Single GTX 980 1541/8000 1.25v
Just Retested 3DMark Firestrike with my 24/7 OC and 347/12 Cuda Drivers..
Here's The Result:
Man if only you OC ur CPU more, you would hit more than 22k easily
Here's My Result with 4.5Ghz though I'm not comfortable with the voltage for 24/7 Operation.
Oh okay. what volts are u running? does it get hot?
I'm curious, might upgrade to X99 sometime this year. Only to 8 core though. I think my 3930k @ 4.7Ghz should last me a while
easily.. wait for broadwell-e 6960x hopefully those clock higher.
I got A Lemon 5930K, needed 1.35v for 4.4ghz, 1.39v for 4.5ghz..So for my 24/7, 4.3ghz which needed 1.27v.
My Sager Notebook,
Model np8652, i7 4720 2.6, 980m 4gb, 16 gb memory, 4k monitor, 128 x2 0 raid OS / 1T 7200rpm
10694, with gpu score over 12000 :nerd:, would probably reach 10700+ if I had cpu @ 4.7ghz, here @ 4.6ghz.
gpu 1240mhz, ram 3100mhz
Testing a new toy this evening, EVGA GTX 980 Classified on air:
CPU @ 5-5.1 GHz
GPU @ 1630/2142-2173 MHz
Fire Strike + Extreme + Ultra
Evga gtx 970 scc
just done first run with new GTX970 SCC
I will start overclocking soon and see what it will do
CPU only at 4.2 will overclock it back to 4.5 once I know GPU has a stable overclock
Fire strike 10406
Fire strike Extreme 5596
Fire strike Ultra 2925
Been a while since I benchmarked, so these are from June 2014, and it's @ 4.7ghz, and 1200 and 1500 on both cards.... Max stable OC on my CPU is 4.9, and on both my cards luckily it's 1600 for memory, I should really try and re bench with my CPU/GPU both maxed out and with new AMD Omega drivers, think I can crack 20k... overall pretty happy, I'm planning on skipping the X99 chipset completely and maybe even the following one unless it's some drastic change, but really no need to upgrade as of right now
Core i7 4790K @ 4.7Ghz
Gigabyte 7970 OC @ (Core=1050Mhz) & (Memory=1400Mhz)
RAM DDR3 @ 2000Mhz (9, 14, 14, 36, CR2)
Omega Driver Released January 2015
This isn't much of a record, it's in case anyone with a similar system was wondering what scores they should be getting (or thereof).
These are my Scores..Oddly I get lower scores when I'm using my ROG Swift Monitor..
Here's My Score with ROG Swift:
And Here's My Score using a 1080p HDTV:
Those scores... I just felt my HD7970 cry a little bit. Nope, that wasn't the 7970, I need a tissue. Two tissues in fact, the second tissue for other reasons.
That's normal with the Swift even with G-sync off it "steals" Graphic score, I use an old 27" 1080P monitor for benching
