Today did a test on Windows 7. Install Windows 8.1 RTM and look
    Windows 7
    Windows 8.1 RTM
How can this be? Why such a big difference?

I've heard of windows 8 giving bad results on older versions of 3dmark. Maybe that is also true for newer versions?
Was that score on 7 consistent? Maybe give regular firestrike a try and compare the score to other people here.

This was confirmed by atleast another user elsewhere. Win 8.1 scoring less on benchmarks.

    Idk about gaming tho.

    Driver.

I used 320.78 vs 331.40beta. Btw that is nothing 331.40 is 0.4fps slower, no big deal.

Ok but GPU has totally bottlenecked for Graphics scores only.

CPU: performance "quaked" for any version of Windows only while GPU: performance not quaked - eg: I remember in 1993 :D - I got zero micro-stutter (= pure-smooth motion (if framerate "connected" vertical frequency) or constantly 35 fps capped) in old games running native MS-DOS 6 tol 6.22 (without any Windows) while I got (micro)stutter (performance "quaked") in games (DOS/Windows)/applications running Windows 3.1. lol :)

    Can you understand well? ;)

What? How does anything you just said have to do with the fact the difference in score is from different drivers versions?

It's because Win 7 handles differently, in a better way, the situation in which you need more memory than your video card has. On the normal preset there shouldn't be any difference or if your video card had more memory.

I got about 1.5fps(2%) boost in Valley going from 8.1 back to 7. Test was done with same drivers and fresh installs.

But for 3DMark I heard that W8/8.1 actually boost the score.

I beat your GFX score but my 2500k at it's 24/7 clock is no match for your 3570k and fast a $hit ram

I'm a bit concerned by my scores (331.58 drivers) since upgrading to 780 SLI. People with similar systems on Futuremark are beating my Graphics scores by a fair margin.

I need to find a way to edit the BIOS this 109% power limit is killing me and Kepler editor is not updated for 7xx cards and neither is KGB.
