i7 920 @4Ghz with GTX480 @900/4000
thats a low physics score for 5ghz.
If 5ghz isn't stable that could account for the low score
Its stable at 5ghz, been running it for over a year =) Havent rebooted the comp for a few days maybe thats what doing it.
4.5Ghz on CPU 1.35vcore
Enjoying my cpu/ram/mobo upgrade just need a 2nd card now for SLI
New case (zalman z11) Has extra fans so things are much cooler to boot, and tidier
pic or it ain't happened!
I run it like this:
just got my new Asus directcu 7970
gpu 1055 mem 5680 cpu v 1063
gtx670 1080mhz base clock, 1328 max boost clock, 6900memory
Thats a good gpu score mine in sli was 20,6k or so.
I h70 modded a 570 1000/1150 1.21v 70c max.
Man sweet scores on the 570.
I have some Antec Kuhler 620's and maybe should try them out on the 680's.
The h70 works well on my 680 too but still same max clocks as stock, matter of fact i just put it back on.
How much higher will a score be with a 2600k over a 2500k at the same speed? (4. 8ghz) I'm getting 14.5k with 670 sli @1215 / + 400 will the ht make a difference?
Second RAM kit is faulty, thus 8 GB of RAM.
it would add 4-5000 poitns to the cpu score.
Do you have a link for that bench?
