Back from another year vacation (work) and added dual 580s, and a 990x, so this is the last run on my old W3520 @ my 24-7 settings. Got a 1100T in my AMD rig now and a barly used 5970. Thanks!

990x is up and running, early tests. Runs very cool and does 4.6GHz @ 1.38. Had to grab a rampage III as my old II did not like this chip, even with the latest bios that supported it. More to follow and I dig this chip.

New Build with i7 950 @ 4.6Ghz

Have rebuilt my system in a Mountain Mods Extended Ascension Case with a new i7 950 @ 4.6Ghz.

Success goal to broke 40000+ gpu score with 2x6950 reference cards and an i7-970.
Try to stabilize my cpu to have an overall score.

 

Added a 560TI for phyX (for my fav game) and had to update PSU from a 1200 to a 1500. Not a big bump but still fun. Not much benching other then stability testing and gaming my ass off. The 990 is not pushed at all @ 4.6GHz lol. Be well.
