That is just nasty, here I am trying to break 16k, lol! I've been searching over at XS (where he spends some time) looking for details about the setupu and also some pictures of it (three tubes each using lots of ln2)!

R.B that is like really good score with dual core.
just testing temps,i looked at heat pipe assembley, maybe 30%covered so i re-did it and bent it flat so it would touch the chipsets.
    at 3.75 20k came easy

Good stuff :) you've beaten Hilbert with lesser cards and a slower clock speed on your quad :)

    yeah but
first i dont think he tried to hard
second he had got his chip to run on 680.
i must do a volt mod on other card, but no vr's till monday.
on air i feel, close to 23.5-24k is possible on two volt modded cards.
still have more cpu in it too.:)
    did aittle better
    cards at 1.29v 3d

yeh if your was a quad you'd be on around 22k with the added cpu score

I am running a Dual Core E6600 if that makes any difference to your opinion of my 3DMark06 score..which is highly favoured by Quad Core users over Dual cores?

Also notice how you're running your quad core at 3.7Ghz with an 8800GTS 512mb at much higher clock speeds compared to my two 640mbs..also my Sli slots are limited to 8x with my motherboard which probably has some effect on my score...If I were to drop a Q6600 into my mobo at 3.2 Ghz then I'd probably be pushing 18,000...

And for my last excuse I am running under Windows Vista HP x64...
