Try the Win 8 drivers, I installed Win 8 drivers for an old GeForce 6100 thing yesterday on Win 10

    Indeed. Try installing W8.1 64 drivers in W10 64.

I'm just curious, did you get the Catalyst Control Center with the drivers from Windows Update?

No, didn't have the catalyst center before installing driverpackage.
Still can't get Minecraft to work after testing some drivers.
Worked before, so don't know why I'm getting an OpenGL error now. Perhaps something in windows has updated so it doesn't work anymore..

Don't know about today, but in past (Win XP\Vista times) drivers from Windows Update never had OpenGL support. And Windows 10 likes updating drivers. You should disable drivers update and try to reinstall Win8.1 driver.

Yeah, forgot to stop automatic updates on this machine. Just used O&O Shutup 10 now, so that's taken care of :)

Got minecraft to work now, deleted the .minecraft folder in ..appdata\Roaming (after backing up saves), and now it works. So doesn't seem like it was a driver problem.

But thanks to you all for you input, Guru3D is a great place :)
