Fermi supports DX12, obviously nothing fancy about it, but it does get the low level overhead improvements.

This driver seems to have cut down the stuttering in GTA V for me quite a bit. I'm also not getting black screens and absurdly long wait times for the picture to return when changing any graphics settings in the game.

Seems like it runs a lot better on Windows 10 than it does on 7/8.1, at least judging by complaints on the NV forums.

Edit: And Feature Levels 12.0 and 12.1 now show in DXDiag. Nice.

New theory. What if this is Nvidia's way of cutting down on over clocking.Like they did with laptop gpus.Hence why OC utilities can longer hold overclocks unless bios flashed and even then if it's too high, the driver spazzes out on the desktop and browsers.
If initial DX12 test performance is to be believed and gpus all the way down to Fermi are going to see some performance increase. Then it'll make sense to have the gpu overclock only to what is considered acceptable by nvidia themselves.
From a business perspective it's only logical as with the new API they can't market DX12 gpus the same way they did DX11 gpus.Just a thought.

I believe I didn't fully understand the extent of support then. Thanks for helping to clear it up for me. :)

Really got to wonder how many people are actually having problems. Lot of people here who are also in the geforce forums. Seems a lot of the same posters report the same issues driver in driver out.

Only time I ever have a problem is when I'm pulling too much of an OC. Hope they can fix things up for the unlucky ones. Can't say I notice much difference here at all. No problems.

Been using MSI Afterburner without issue for pics. 700ms polling rate.

Maybe you should try a new card man. You have a lot of problems that are probably aggravating at this point. Send it in to EVGA maybe.

He asked for the SLI flag, I posted it, what's the problem? If he asked for the whole profile uploaded I would of uploaded.

I've been fortunate with this driver. No crashes in Firefox and Opera or anything like that. Batman AK is stable and performance is ok with the nvidia stuff switched off.

Every driver after 352.86 has given me issues. Witcher 3 black screening, momentary freezes, Chrome lockups. This latest driver is the worst, all games are freezing/hanging during loading or exiting (including alt-tab). I use G-Sync so I can only assume they've borked the G-Sync implementation. I use an Asus ROG Swift and 3 way 980's. Really disappointed in NV.

352.86 works reasonably well (apart from some game performance issues which may be the games) so back to that for now.

    Sort it out NV.

No OC's at all on the GPU's.

True, that's only what he asked but as an advanced user you know then that full profile is needed and not only a flag.(as I've said see the undefined flags that come with -any- profile). And I assumed you know why they are needed.
I am trying to help, not flame you or anybody else.

Did you try disabling hardware acceleration in Chrome? Worked great for me. And no downside as far as I know.

It should be a good one too. 10147 is a lot snappier than 10130.

I went to install this... clean install via the installer as usual, and it error'd out saying installation failed. That's never happened before... a complete uninstall and reinstall via add/remove programs seems to have smoothed that out, but still.
