To use offset you first need to set it by svid or core voltage, drop down option

Knowing Haswell and them famous 0x124 or 0x101 bsod it's 99% of the time either cpuv too low or cpu cache voltage too.

Also cpu system agent too low. That 3080ti puts more stress on the system now and any of those voltages can affect it.

For starters I would keep current Oc if any and raise cpu system agent a bit, if it's auto then try 0.100v+ offset

And how is it now at current voltages?

Btw you can lower both cpuv and cache voltage offset a bit, 0.050v should be enough by both..

Keep system agent at 0.100 for now.

Played for more than 3 hours and no blue screens. After I installed MSI Afterburner to watch temperatures and usage. After some time got crash to desktop with no errors. No blue screen. Today after work will try again without MSI and see what happens. Thank you very much again for your advise.
Today my new PSU came. Will not change it till weekend. For now will experiment with BIOS settings. I have a feeling that is my Mobo and CPU system unstable.

Did you keep all voltages at 0.100v+ offset?

Try cpu system agent at 0.150v+ offset then, its safe up to ~1.15-1.25v real.

Thank you for reply. I just want to make sure I did it right. I have not changed any voltage manually anywhere. All I did in my screenshot is changed in two lines to offset from auto and next line put 0.1.
The rest of the BIOS settings are default.
Do I need to make changes in the last line "CPU input voltage"? It is on Auto right now.

Svid (input voltage) is only if you raise cpuv more, there is a "silent rule" to be 0.50-0.60v higher then load cpuv.

So if load cpuv is ~ 1.25v then svid at least 1.75v, I think you can keep it at default 1.80v for now.

I was thinking more to raise cpu system agent further, that 3hr play looked to be right on the edge of full stability. If you have now 0.100 for it then try 0.150 or 0.200v. Keep cpuv and cache as it is now and focus only on cpu system agent. When you think its ok, then try to set back cpuv and cache voltage to as the were Im guessing auto?.

Do you have any friend with an ASUS GPU 3080 or 3080 Ti and check if you have the same issues? I have some strange issues with my dark hero which is quite new mobo but not been working really well with gigabyte gpus. And also that mobo is quite outdated compared to the gpu. before you buy - try or test an asus gpu in your rig. what ram are you using? can you post your whole hw specs or did i missed that? Cheers

Unfortunately I have nobody who has Asus GPU.

Just tried to increase CPU Agent offset to 0.2. Still get crashes to desktop.

What speed is your memory. I'm using an X99 setup too.

I realize yours won't be the same, but here's a comparison of mine

then try cpu system agent 0.250, and then 0.300, etc.. you can go up to +0.400 or so and still be safe. but better smaller steps so you dont end up with too much and overvolt too much for nothing.

Ok. I set CPU Agent offset to 0.3 and still got one blue screen and two desktop crashes. My last hope is new PSU which will install on the weekend.

Ah shame. so I take it you have cpu at stock frequency?

Hopefully that psu does the trick

Ps what bsod did you get?

    Still indicating memory problems.

Have you reseated cpu recently? blown dust away from dimm's?

When new psu arrives, I would strip the lot an clean the motherboard.
