Anyone getting system crash immediately after gaming should try putting cpu vcore up a little, the vdroop may be pulling the vcore down too much after stress through gaming.

Decent card, but that god awfull 320w powerlimit is a no go for me. At stock, it will be behind the founders edition and MSI dares to sell this card with a premium on top.

Going to send it back to my reseller and get my money back and wait for a another AIB to become available.

It seens a little low score.

I have the same problem here. With stock clocks i got power limits on timespy.

    My score undervolting .890@1875: https://www.3dmark.com/spy/14553614 18104
    My score STOCK: https://www.3dmark.com/spy/14388495 17746

So im runing for day use .950@1930. I dont have power limits on any games. Only in timespy benchmark.

    Gainward Phoenix RTX 3080 here.

Your card is also limited to 320w? Clock for clock on your stock run your card is higher so silicon lottory might play in here. You also have a slight cooler card that mine. Don't know if CPU plays any part in on the GPU score here. I overclock my CPU, but the impact on the GPU score was +- 40-50 points

    Edit: My undervolt https://www.3dmark.com/spy/14558207 1875@900mV

Edit 2: Also nowehere near benchmark in games at 1440p. From looking around there should should only be slight difference in performance on this resolution, but i'm always 20-40fps behind benchmarks.

Pardon my stupidity but given this card crushes just about everything out there and the gains are minimal with OC at the moment what's the point? I just "set it and forget it" and have happy gaming.

If you need some extra W (up to 40W), get a Gigabyte Gaming OC bios.
Just don't get bios for a cards that have 3PIN PCIE connectors, they don't work well.

I imagine rdr2 @4K could use the extra oomph!
Someone correct me if i'm wrong?

Flight Simulator 2020 is a killer. Frame rate top right. I don't see a slight overclock making night and day differences. Either way, 3440x1440p Ultra goodness.

I have a Gainward 3080 Phoenix. Does this bios works for me too ? Its a 2 PIN PCIE Connector. (8 + 8). Its it dangerous ? Can i lost my card by doing this ? Thanks in advance.

Dangerous is only flashing a new bios, if something happens during that time (power loss), you will need another card (integrated for example in CPU) to reflash original bios to your card.
Flashing takes only few seconds though.
Gainward 3080 Phoenix and my card for example Gigabyte Eagle OC have same amount of power stages (17) so you should be safe.
Alot of information can be found here (and link to various bioses which are not available yet on techpowerup bios database)
    https://www.overclock.net/threads/official-nvidia-rtx-3080-owners-club.1753932/
    Good luck with flashing :)

Still haven't been able to find one 3080. :/
Been monitoring here in Germany medimarkt and saturn with no luck whatsoever.

I'd call this series the youtubers/influencers edition. Everybody got at least one. :D

Honestly, wait for new 7nm TSMC process for Rtx3080.Better to wait than waste time & money.

MS its shameless when they bring to gamers Flight Sim 2020 with Dx11.They promote tireless Win 10 & Dx12 support, but bring a Dx11 game in 2020...
