Just got my rig stable at 307fsb on my Dual 775 vsta which doesn't sound like much but for my mobo, I think it's pretty good. Any suggestions on how to get it past that.

    Thanks :)

    That is quite a feat!

Up the volts. If you can't, search for volt mods on the board.

Thanx, and it's fully stable at 307fsb :):):)

I tried to get it at 310fsb but it didn't boot, it posted but when it went to load windows, crashed.

There is a pencil volt mod for the dual vsta but I'm not going to do it cos It's kinda risky.

Anyway, I'm gonna keep trying to push it but I'm happy with the 307.

    Thanks.

I have been recommended the Asrock Dual motherboard, but stayed with my Asus AGP and bought a new Radeon X1950 AGP Video Card. I was worred about quality, compared to the Asus. I wasn't ready to invest in a new system with pci-e video, so I stayed with AGP. I read about the Asrock Dual motherboard, and it has very good reviews. I am interested in the hearing more about the Asrock, but my decision was made and am still very happy with my AGP. But, the Dual agp/pci-e sure looks like it would have been a very good choice.

im not positive(its been a long time)but im pretty sure i couldnt get my ddr2 to clock as well fsb wise as i could with the trusty old tccd modules...i wonder if thats the problem?do you have any ddr to try out Fox?maybe you can prove/disprove my theory?

No you are right ddr worked better than ddr2 for ocing but the bandwith makes it much faster:)
