    Is it me or is nvidia's server being hammered harder than usual. I'm unable to download the driver from their site :S...

    well they're nothing special, i tried one certain bench - Monster hunter frontier and its actually slower than 266.58 even slower then 263.15(the fastest) or 198.34(found @laptop2go)...

    edit: and they suck in Dirt2 they have this bull**** 3d flash freeze again (when it shows the cars), common nvidia :finger2:

    266.58

    <results samples="6742" min_fps="61.280510" av_fps="77.309395" min_fps_ms="16.318401" av_fps_ms="12.935039" />

    267.24

    <results samples="6649" min_fps="49.618118" av_fps="76.385597" min_fps_ms="20.153929" av_fps_ms="13.091474" />

    @Toyten
    yea slower in almost everything.. im gonna try 267.26 if there is any difference otherwise im gonna revert to something older..

    if someone else wants to try them here is 267.26 vista/win7 x64 international inf.rar (i used 267.24 gpu strings)

    edit:

    :rolleyes:...like i thought these are much better than 267.24, ok except in Drit2 looks like they broke that fix with 267 series - its has the same 3d flash freeze.. anyway they are faster in other games, heh well i tested only 4 (SF4, RE5, monster hunter), but yea its faster in all these, SF4 (16880, now 16730), RE5 was faster in highest fps (2-3fps diff) and in lowest 63.6 now 65.1fps..and usually if i see boost in these its ok in the rest :nerd:

    Someone can please tell me which sli mode to select to make both cards work in Crysis 2? I don't want to install new drivers because they are slower than 266.58...I'll wait until the final game comes out and the release 270 will be available for upgrade.

    Uhm...nope. You better state that the problems you're experiencing can be related to users with the same gpu as yours.
    Heres my results:

    267.05 Quadro:

    <average min_fps="88.527489" av_fps="106.487747" min_fps_ms="11.295926" av_fps_ms="9.390752" />

    267.24 beta
    <average min_fps="86.870735" av_fps="107.026604" min_fps_ms="11.511356" av_fps_ms="9.343472" />

    A little less avg.min fps, higher min_fps_ms and an higher Avg FPS. Same clocks, same settings (well as a bonus i had utorrent running in background plus chrome).
    So they are better at least in Dirt 2. No Flash freeze or anything like that. DX11,Ultra,8xMsaa. Keepers for sure.
    Also the IQ seems unchanged from quadros, less vibrant colors on red tones but more vibrant on greens here. It may be a difference due to different color profiles between GeForce RGB's and Quadros.
    Just my 2 cents, they works beatifully.

    What about XP?

    Am I to understand that NVidia gave up Window$ XP driver support?

    yea here you go

    [IMG]

    btw, add both crysis2demo.exe and crysis2launcher.exe just to be sure, because by default its only cryis2.exe and crysis_2_multiplayer_demo.exe and neither works lol stupid nvidia

    the point is they broke it with older gpus, since first 260.xx and it lasted until i reported it few times over at nv and now its fixed with 266.58 and 266.77 (after 6months), but with these 267.24,26 its back again.

    Really that's good to hear it runs ok on your gpu, but i won't let it go because they broke it in the first place - it happened when they "optimized it for SLI @ 2560x1600"

    Thats why i said prolly its related to yours gpu. GTS250 should be the old 9800GTX right?
    I didnt had the time to test them on my laptop with SLI 9800mGTX thought, ill let you know how it does.

    There's no reason to be an ass.... This is a public forum/thread. If you can't handle others responding to your post, PM's work wonders.

    GTS250 is essentially a rebadged 9800GTX+ which was a die shrink of the G92 from the 9800GTX....

    Ah, i see bliss007 is making friends again lol.

    Just used this with Crysis2 demo and no issues, no noticeable jump up from the WHQL, but i wasn't expecting much.

    Also ran well enough with PES11, Metro2033 and an oldie im playing at the moment Prince Of Persia Warrior Within.

    So no real gains if I did not have CP issues etc in current official drivers ?

    When a game has wrong FOV (not saying BS as its 85 so should be fine even though it looks narrow to me and others have stated same) does it effect you more in 3D !

    I imagine it would make you more ill than I get now lol
