Is this newer than the 258.49 WHQL?

    No it's 2 days older. And it's 258.19 not 258.18
    Download speed very slow,only 100 kb/s ,usually 4 mb/s

    Thanks for noticing, fixed now.

While these drivers are older than the 258.49's they support OpenCL 1.1 whereas the 258.49's do not.

Could someone do a comparison of the 2 performance wise? Im too lazy.
More specifically in Crysis, the .49's got a big boost in that, wondering if these also do well.

they suffer from the same low fps spikes as all 257.xx and 258.xx drivers, I saw this in FF XIV benchmark and for bonus it crashed in 2nd scene..197 or 198 don't have these spikes..

in heaven benchmark they where the same as 198.01 or any 257, they ran ok, nothing special..

i guess im gonna return to old 198.01, because i dont like those fps spikes..

Fan Speed polling still makes stutter in games ?

Will have to test these, since I wan't to know. Still using 257.15 (incl the stutter problem if displaying fan speed).

Game profiles disappearing when changed settings. And device manager says not digitally singed ,so no WHQL.

Yeah this is strange. DXDiag is showing WHQL though for me, just not in the Device Manager.

these probably wont show in the regular nvidia driver section on nvidia site as they are developer drivers.

All it takes is a modded inf (which laptop2video always do) to make WHQL not show.

The FXIV benchmark crashed trying to load the second scene for me too, aside from that the tests I ran pretty much same as 257.21. Don't have crysis so I didn't bother to keep the 258.49. All my tests were ran on same settings I play with and all I did was load the same scene and not move just watched the min/max fps that way I could have the same scene each time. Assassin's Creed 2 took a hit with these drivers though.

    Heaven Benchmark V1.0 1280x1024 DX10 High AF1 AA0
    257.21 45.4, 1145
    258.19 45.5, 1145

    Mass Effect 2
    257.21 52-72
    258.19 51-70

    Assassins Creed 2
    257.21 37-37
    258.19 33-37

    Just Cause 2
    257.21 37-37
    258.19 37-37

    Alpha Protocol
    257.21 125-130
    258.19 126-131

    Need for Speed Shift
    257.21 46-49
    258.19 46-50

    The Witcher
    257.21 78-84
    258.19 79-84
