Starts tonight with the Patriots and Chiefs. My Packers look ripe to once again take the North, only to lose by the Championship game as they have consistently been doing for the last 6 years lol.

Still fun to have football back!

Questions going into the season for me:

Can the Jags finally be decent?
Did the Bears draft a decent QB? (I'm sure Glennon will be benched by week 5)
Will the Madden cover curse take out Brady?
Can my Packers finally make it back to the Super Bowl?
How many injuries will there be this year? I recall last season having way too many injuries. Especially to bigger name stars.

Sad to say no to the Jags question. I have no faith in my team.

I've always liked the Green Bay Packers/ not sure why? maybe the playing in deep snow all these years?

Atlanta Falcons and Carolina Panthers are the teams I root for....close to home I guess.

1 kickass season could change all that...happened with me and the Panthers a few years back....

They need to get rid of Bortles and draft a better QB. Chad Henne isn't your answer and he's the backup. Bortles is an interception machine that loses more games for the Jags than he wins.

We need more than a QB. Our Oline is a joke. Dave should have been drafting two o linemen a year the past former drafts.

I thought bringing Coughlin in would have helped some.

You can only do so much with n an offseason. Also no one wants to come coach here when the GM looks like he has one leg out the door.

The Chiefs surprised the Pats last night in the second half it was fun reading the comments on BR. Everything from the Pats are in trouble to hail the Chiefs lol.

Well I did pick up the Pat's defense in fantasy so they are doomed.

Patriots offensive line collapsed way too quickly all night long. They just looked off. Their defense couldn't stop the Chiefs and the offense was pretty slow. A lot of run plays. Glad to see New England lose. I don't mind them as much as most, but I enjoy seeing new teams in the spotlight.

Holy crap!!! Did any of you catch the Jags/Texans game. If the Jags play like that all year the may win more than they lose.

the AFC South has to be one of the worst divisions since the early 90's NFC North. I think the Titans will take the south. They seem the least of the worst. Colts smh....my God what 3 years does to a football team. Crazy.

Actually, the NFC West was horrible for years too. Didn't the Seahawks get into the playoffs with a 7-9 record? I can see that in the AFC South this year.

That being said, I like Bortles, so I hope he can contain the interception ratio this year.

This was against the previous year's devision champs. Tied an NFL record with 10 sacks. Also 4 turnovers. The Jags did not turn the ball over and did not allow a sack. Considering it was Dante Fouler Jr. Of the Jags that layed the hit on Mariota last year that ended his season it could be another long day for the Titans in JAX. I too think the Titans are a good team, but if you know AFC south history you know that the Jags HATE the Titans.

Well, as usual, half the Packers team is injured. They really need to get new trainers. Ever since their 2010 Super Bowl win, the team is ALWAYS hurt. ALWAYS. Somehow beat the Bengals. I think they will have a harder time vs. Chicago tonight than many think. Chicago has an underrated defense and a slick 1,2 punch of a run game.

Meanwhile, the Packers offense and defensive lines are hurt, which makes for a long night, usually.

Dude the Pack just took Chicago out to the wood shed.

This year is odd. The Jags have a chance to go 3-1 Sunday. If I'm asleep don't wake me.

Yeah, boy was I off. I don't know what's going on this year so far. Hard for fantasy.
