Yeah I think I too shall be with ATI for a while to come yet. Just wish Nvidia would hurry up and release Fermi so the 5 series prices will come down so I can nab 2 5870's and a new 1080P monitor!

what? If that were true then we wouldn't need to rename certain games to make them work proper.. no?

You mean for AA support in UE3.0 games? A driver update fixes that issue. :infinity:

I dont get it, is this a new 10.2 driver with updates for adobe software? Premiere cs4 lags pretty heavily on my pc or are they just talking about the old last month driver.

You need a Firepro card, assuming you don't from your sig.

Think Quadro on the nVidia side of things, it's AMD's line of professional cards.

Ok thanks now i think i understand.:)

Did google it before but did not really undestand what it was. Hard to get time to read about everything between work taking care of my kid and everything.:)

So what i also understand these fire cards are mostly 4000 series right now? You said its possible to edit dll or something to make a regular gaming card work like fire or what did you mean?

Unless your well into making 3d renders etc there isnt much point trying to mod your card to a firepro, especially not a 5770 lol. If you want a fire pro try ebay etc but you wont find one with dx11 yet and the COST OMG!!! you might need a small mortgage took out for your new card, totally not worth it IMO.:)

EDIT: have you got stream sdk installed yet? that will help with your problem surely.
