2 8800gt dedicate one as physx

is it possible? because in my nvidia control panel, i am not able to select which gpu to dedicate. must the sli bridge be removed and do i need another monitor/dummy vga in order for it to work

im betting that you guys have vista right? in order for you to dedicate one for physx you need to hook up the second cord to an additional monitor or to the same monitor as the first and extend your desktop then it should work

i actually did this and its is worse than sli for almost every game

 

Not anymore!with the new dricers 180.48 u dont need to plug your card in to a second monitor.!
