I wasn't expecting it to be winning prizes in the combat area, just for it to be better than the terrible combat in the first game, if I hadn't enjoyed the rest of the game so much I would of never bothered with it, still didn't finish it, but I'm trying to rectify that now. Group was ok though, but when it was only 1-2, it was slow and repetitive, and not much more than wait, click, wait, click...... The new way might be to everyone's tastes, but if it was worse than the first game to me, i would be better off trying to sell this on while i could lol, but im sure its not.
Already enjoying it more than the original, was unsure whether to take the risk agnd buy it after not enjoying the first enough to bother finishing it. My other worry of the 1gb 5650 mobility card running the game has turned out to be a non issue, strangly have most settings on high and the game is running along smoothly enough for me, no idea what the fps is but would guess averaging 30, obviously the laptop screen being 1366x768 is probably helping.
What exactly is the difference between easy and normal mode? Number of opponents, hitpoints of opponents, AI ?
Health regeneration is also active in easy mode (As I mentioned.) and it's pretty quick essentially (If you don't get cornered or pushed by a larger enemy.) giving you a form of god-mode. Took down some larger enemies finally, boss type creatures are fun but the Golem and Bullvore encounter were my most challenging fight so far amongst normal foes, nice rewards though it took a few tries. EDIT: And this happened as a result of my actions in W1 I guess. (Not that there was much to it, fun reference though.)
I also noticed that on easy the AI barely blocks, fighting is way too easy (that's why it's called easy I guess )
Anyone know how the freak do I find that secret door for Baltimore's Nightmare quest in Chapter 2? I have the quest but no clue where to start from....
ok at the kayan and 3 tentacles down but on hard its a nightmare...and i forgot to drink the pots... still at this rate this game will keep me going for weeks! hooray the poles! p.s can someone pm where melina is?
WOW WOW WOW!! The graphics at the beginning of chapter 2 are SO GREAT! My jaw literally dropped. Best graphics I ever seen in my life. Damn that's good
I was impressed too, especially the ridiculous amount of details on the armor and the reflection on it. What note? All I saw was the vision from the crystal, didn't really loot anything. I will double check though.
I thought you already found his house. Thats the easy part.. In there you'll find a note with directions to his secret hideout. I don't remember exactly where the house is, its in the town. There are 3 blacksmith dwarfs near the house. You should talk with one of them.
