Doing so reveals a very long list of graphics options, one of which in particular stands out: "Uber sampling." As you'd expect, it's a high end option: "The whole scene is rendered multiple times to give best possible texture and object details and antialiasing (better than antialias and anisotropy even on highest settings)." The developer says this is intended only for those with both the best possible CPU and GPU available now (X4 980 / i7 980X and 6990 / 590). Aside from that, count on options for textures, shadows, lighting, LOD, bloom, anti-aliasing, blur, depth of field, "vignette" (a strictly aesthetic effect), rain, SSAO, motion blur, animation, decals, and vertical sync. Keep in mind, this is just the short version. A few of the above options are noted to be quite demanding as well, though not much compared to uber sampling. In any case, it's great to know although the system requirements are relatively modest, the studio is including bonuses for those with even better gear than what's listed.
I've had to order mine from Amazon because it seems New Zealand is getting stuck with the censored Australian version. Hoping that the Amazon copy isn't. Bit of a pain though because I have to wait 8-10 days for international delivery

(Activation was delayed for the CE edition - Seems to be Poland only by the way - due to technical reasons and problems, should be active soon but I'm not sure when.) In Romania? Thats odd, I now live in South Africa and the hard copies have arrived already. Mind you we get most titles before Europe. Fetching my Collectors tomorrow morning.
The servers are now up and active but as above only the CE version allows early unlocking followed by the premium edition and then the regular version shortly afterwards.
OK I just started to play Witcher 2 and i have one word to write "Awesome" When i turn on all settings to ultra (without AA) I'm getting 13FPS in radeonPRO but its old HD4890. Time to buy new GPU ^^ BTW when i turn off ubersampling I'm getting 30 FPS at the soldier camp.
