I have two that are faulty. Might give this a go.
Would be nice if they recalled my Macbook Pro battery before it exploded. That and the defective mouse.
6 weeks after they receive your nano?, i'd rather risk a burnt pocket area than go without music for 6 weeks .
So, depending on shipping....you're looking at 7-10 weeks without an ipod....that's completely unacceptable...new units should be shipped within 1-2 days tops.
I doubt its 6 weeks. I had to send in my ipod touch a few months ago. It couldnt be fixed, so I was told could take up to 6 weeks before I got my new one. I had my replacement 9 days later.
lol.. what? 1st Gen IPods??
i have one sitting here. might give it a go for the fun of it if shpping is free
That's what I'm doing. The battery in mine is shot anyway. Might as well turn it in and get a new battery that holds a charge.
Damn good job from Apple to replace batteries to their old products
Cant go without music? Put some music to your mobile phone and listen from it while you dont have iPod ?
Are you joking, peoples lives are potentially at risk, it's the least they can do.
Sorry to bring back an old thread, but I figured I'd report what I got from this. I got a iPod 6th gen nano 8gb in return for my 1st gen 2gb! This is a hella win!
